XML is not the answer. It is not even the question. To paraphrase Jamie Zawinski on regular expressions, "Some people, when confronted with a problem, think “I know, I’ll use XML.” Now they have two problems."

Hi: ##Name## I was just going about trying to find the latest information on Real Estate Notes , when I came to your site, and even though, XML is not the question, is not quite what I was searching for, it did get my attention.
